This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our Sites, use our services, engage in live chat (if enabled), or text our business phone number.

a. Live Chat (Powered by 3CX, if enabled)

• Name (optional), email, phone (if provided)
• Chat transcript
• Technical metadata (IP, browser, timestamps)

b. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS via Telnyx)

• Your phone number
• Message content and timestamps
• Carrier metadata

Messages are transactional only (support, reminders, updates). Double opt-in: you initiate or text START; confirmation sent with STOP instructions. Retained up to 90 days for support/compliance.

c. General

• Data you provide (name, email, address for quotes/services)
• Usage data (Google Analytics – pages visited, time spent)
• Payment data (processed by Helcim/Stripe – we do not store card numbers)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver and improve services
• Respond to inquiries
• Process orders and send confirmations/reminders
• Comply with legal requirements

3. Sharing

Only with trusted partners (Telnyx, 3CX, Ingram/Pax8, Helcim/Stripe) for service delivery and as required by law. We do not sell personal data (CCPA).
