ZEGIT Tech Solutions is a DBA of The ZEGs Corp, a Minnesota-based technology company providing managed IT services, cybersecurity, VoIP telecommunications, payroll and HR workforce management, hardware and software resale, website services, and point of sale support. We are located in Zimmerman, MN 55398.
From customers and contacts: Name, company name, job title, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing address, and payment information (collected by phone, not online forms).
From website visitors: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source (via server logs). We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising networks.
From service delivery: Network configuration details, device inventories, software licenses, user account information, and system logs necessary to provide managed IT services.
From VoIP services: Call detail records (CDRs), DID numbers, account configuration, and E911 address information as required by law.
From Payroll & HR services: Employee names, Social Security Numbers (collected and processed by our payroll platform partner), wages, tax withholding elections, benefits enrollment data, and time and attendance records. This information is handled under strict data processing agreements.
From contact forms: Name, company, phone, email, and message content submitted through our website contact form. The submitter's IP address is logged for security purposes and included only in our internal copy — never in any copy sent to the submitter.

We retain customer data for the duration of the service relationship plus a reasonable period afterward as required by law or business necessity. Payroll and tax records are retained for a minimum of 7 years per IRS requirements. VoIP call records are retained per our carrier agreement and applicable law. Upon written request, we will delete or anonymize personal data that we are not legally required to retain.
Our websites use minimal cookies — primarily session cookies required for form functionality and reCAPTCHA (Google's anti-spam service). We do not use advertising cookies, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or other third-party tracking technologies. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
If you have opted in to SMS communications, we will send transactional messages only — service updates, appointment reminders, alerts, and renewal notices. We do not send marketing SMS. As a VoIP reseller, we are subject to FCC Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) rules. We protect call detail records, service configuration, and usage information as required by 47 U.S.C. § 222. We do not share CPNI with third parties except as permitted by law. Annual CPNI certification is filed with the FCC each March.
Payroll and HR data (including Social Security Numbers, wage information, and tax documents) is processed through our white-labeled payroll platform partner under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where applicable. This data is handled with the highest level of security and is never used for any purpose other than payroll processing, HR administration, and legal compliance.
We apply industry-standard security controls to protect customer data: encrypted data transmission, access controls, endpoint protection, and regular security assessments. However, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Minnesota residents have rights under applicable Minnesota law. To exercise any data rights, submit a written request through our contact form. We will respond within 30 days.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Our online store at zegittech.store is powered by WooCommerce. When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details. This information is used solely to process and fulfill your order and communicate with you about it.
Payment processing: All payment card transactions are processed by Global Payments (Heartland). ZEGIT Tech Solutions does not store, process, or transmit cardholder data. Card information is tokenized by Global Payments at the point of entry. Global Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Their privacy policy is available at globalpayments.com.
Order data: Order records including your name, address, and purchase history are stored in our WooCommerce database hosted on our servers in the United States. We retain order records for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.
Account data: If you create an account at zegittech.store, we store your name, email address, and hashed password. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Order history required for tax purposes will be retained even after account deletion.
Cookies: Our store uses WooCommerce session cookies to maintain your cart and login session. These are functional cookies required for the store to operate. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription product (VoIP plans, 3CX licenses, or other recurring services), your payment method is tokenized by Global Payments for recurring billing. You may cancel subscriptions by contacting us. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods on subscription services.
ZEGIT Tech Solutions provides managed IT and remote support, cybersecurity monitoring and training, VoIP and SIP trunking, payroll and HR workforce management, hardware and software resale, website design and development, website hosting, and point of sale system support.
You must be 18 or older and authorized to enter contracts on behalf of your organization. On-site support is limited to approximately 50 miles of Zimmerman, MN 55398. Remote, cloud, and resale services are available nationwide.
Business services require a signed agreement and valid business documentation before activation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Orders are binding upon our written acceptance. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Payments are accepted by check (payable to ZEGIT Tech Solutions) and credit card. Hardware ships from our distributors and is typically drop-shipped.
Refund policy: Unopened hardware may be returned within 30 days less original shipping and any distributor restocking fee. Software licenses, pre-paid services, and activated VoIP services are non-refundable once activated, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
Late payments: Accounts more than 10 days past due may be suspended. See your service-specific agreement for full payment terms.
MSP services are governed by your signed Master Services Agreement (MSA). Services include remote monitoring, endpoint management, and proactive maintenance as defined in your package. Support hours are not included in package pricing and must be purchased separately (break-fix rate or pre-purchased blocks at 10% discount — remote only).
We warrant our workmanship for 90 days. We are not liable for outages caused by factors outside our control including ISP failures, power outages, hardware failures at your location, or third-party software.
VoIP and SIP trunking services available at zegittech.cloud are governed separately by the ZEGIT Tech Solutions VoIP Master Service Agreement and VoIP Terms of Service. Please review those documents at zegittech.cloud/terms. Key requirements include E911 registration on all active DIDs and compliance with FCC and CPNI regulations.
Payroll and HR services are delivered through our white-labeled workforce management platform. Implementation, configuration, and ongoing support are provided by ZEGIT Tech Solutions. Payroll processing is handled by our payroll partner. You are responsible for providing accurate employee information and timely approvals. We are not liable for payroll errors caused by inaccurate or late data submission.
Hardware is sourced through our distributor partnerships and subject to manufacturer warranties passed through to you. Software licenses are subject to the end-user license agreements of the respective publishers. We resell Microsoft 365 through our Microsoft partner relationship — licenses are subject to Microsoft's terms of service.
You own final deliverables upon receipt of full payment. We retain rights to underlying frameworks, libraries, and development tools. Hosting services are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. We are not liable for website downtime caused by factors outside our infrastructure control.
POS support is available for systems with a network-accessible management interface. We do not guarantee compatibility with all POS systems. Contact us to confirm compatibility before scheduling. We are not liable for POS system data loss or business interruption caused by hardware failure, software bugs in the POS application, or network outages.
All website content, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Custom development deliverables transfer to you upon full payment. We retain rights to general methodologies and development tools used in the project.
You agree not to misuse our services, submit false information, harass our staff, use our VoIP services for spam or illegal purposes, or attempt to circumvent security controls. Violations may result in immediate service suspension.
Services are provided "as is" with a 90-day workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties are passed through on hardware. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Managed IT clients should refer to their MSA for specific SLA terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months for the service in question, or $500 for non-paying users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZEGIT Tech Solutions and The ZEGs Corp from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other cause with reasonable notice. Early termination fees apply per your signed service agreement. Unused pre-paid services are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms are governed by Minnesota law. Disputes shall be resolved in Sherburne County, Minnesota courts. Federal law supersedes where applicable.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

Product availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders where pricing errors occur or where products are no longer available from our distributors.
Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. Products marked "Contact for Quote" have no listed price — submit a quote request and we will respond within 1 business day with current pricing.
Payment: We accept payment by credit card through Global Payments (Heartland). Payment is charged at the time of order placement. All card data is tokenized — we do not store card numbers.
Software & license delivery: Software licenses and digital subscriptions (Microsoft 365, 3CX, Arcserve, etc.) are delivered electronically via email within 1–3 business days of payment. Delivery may be delayed if additional verification or partner portal processing is required.
Hardware delivery: Hardware is drop-shipped from our distributor partners (Ingram Micro, Jenne, etc.). Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.
Returns & refunds:
Subscriptions: Subscription products (VoIP plans, recurring licenses) renew automatically on their billing cycle. You will receive renewal notice via email. To cancel, contact us at least 5 business days before your renewal date.
Taxes: Applicable Minnesota sales tax is calculated and added at checkout for taxable items. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and cloud subscriptions are generally not subject to Minnesota sales tax. Tax treatment is determined per product based on Minnesota Department of Revenue guidelines.
Quote requests: Submitting a quote request is not a binding purchase. We will respond with a formal quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A separate order or signed agreement is required to proceed.
