We focus on practical business apps that genuinely improve the customer or staff experience. A few examples of what fits our scope well:

Not in current scope: Custom API backend development and complex server-side database architecture are not currently offered. Apps that require building custom server infrastructure from scratch are not a fit — yet. If you're not sure whether your idea qualifies, just ask. The consult is what figures that out.
We talk through your idea, goals, and what the app needs to do. A consult fee applies — this is billed before any work begins.
We outline what will be built, how many screens/views, and what complexity is involved. You approve before we start.
Development begins. We'll check in at milestones for your feedback. Modifications are handled as they come up.
You test the app, report anything that needs adjustment. We handle Apple/Google submission requirements together.
App is published under your developer account. You own the listing and control it going forward.
Annual support packages keep your app updated, functional, and compatible with new iOS/Android releases.
We want you to love what we build. If the app doesn't meet your expectations at any point in the process, there's no pressure to continue. You're never locked in beyond the initial consult fee — which is required before work begins because the time to properly discuss and understand your needs is significant.
If you've already paid for development work that has been completed and then decide to stop, the completed work is billed accordingly. We'll always be transparent about where we are in the project before billing for the next phase.
You own: All content you provide — your words, images, business information, and branding. The App Store listing is published under your account and you control it.
ZEGIT retains: The underlying application code. This is our intellectual property. You license its use through your ongoing support agreement.
Want to own the code outright? You may purchase full rights to the application files for a one-time fee, agreed upon before the project closes. Contact us to discuss.
Apps are published under your Apple and/or Google developer accounts — Apple's policies require apps to be published by the business they represent.
