Welcome to ZEGIT Tech Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), a DBA under The Zegs Corp. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our websites https://zegitech.com and https://zegit.tech (the "Sites"), as well as our services, including managed IT support, product resale, custom app development, VoIP/SIP trunking, and mobile/eSIM plans. By accessing the Sites or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites or services.
Our services include remote/on-site IT support, hardware/software resale (Microsoft 365, Meraki, Dell, HP, etc.), custom apps, VoIP (3CX, RingCentral), SIP trunking, and eSIM plans. You must be 18+ to use our services. On-site support is limited to Sherburne County and surrounding areas.
You may need an account for quotes, purchases, or support tickets. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account.
Orders are binding upon our acceptance. Prices exclude applicable taxes (7.875% MN sales tax on taxable items, automated via TaxJar). Payments are processed via Helcim/Stripe or Seamless Chex. All hardware is drop-shipped. Refunds: 30 days for unopened hardware (less shipping); services and pre-paid plans (eSIM/SIP) are non-refundable once activated.
Site content is owned by us or our licensors. For custom apps: you own the final deliverables upon full payment; we retain rights to underlying templates and tools.
You agree not to misuse the Sites or services (e.g., hacking, spam, abusive language).
Services are provided "as is." We warrant our workmanship for 90 days; manufacturer warranties pass through for products. Liability for MSP clients is further limited in the separate MSA.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months (or $10,000 for non-paying users).
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Minnesota law. Disputes shall be resolved in Sherburne County courts.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation. Unused pre-paid services are forfeited upon termination.
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
By providing your phone number and texting our business number (or replying START), you consent to receive transactional SMS messages (support, reminders, updates). Messages are sent via Telnyx. No mobile marketing. Standard carrier rates apply. Opt-out anytime by replying STOP.
